Return and exchange

Returns:

Exchanges:

Exceptions:
- Perishable items (Bran flakes , Dark chocolate , dry fruits ) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items may be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The policy may be subject to change at any time without notice.

- It is necessary to open the shipment during delivery by the representative to ensure that the order is complete, without any problems, and to check the production and expiration dates.

- If the product is unsuitable, defective, or improperly packaged and not suitable for use, please contact customer service for a return, which is a right, and a full refund or replacement with another product will be provided.
